Tribunal Service

Arbitration

Binding determination by an appointed neutral

File a case

Institutional arbitration administered end to end on a secured digital record — from case registration and appointment of the arbitral tribunal to hearings and publication of the award.

Who This Is For

  • Commercial contracts containing an arbitration clause
  • Loan, facility and recovery disputes referred by banks and NBFCs
  • Supply, service and distribution disagreements
  • Partnership, shareholder and joint-venture claims

The Process

1

Case registration

The claimant uploads the statement of claim, the arbitration agreement and supporting documents. A unique case number is issued.

2

Scrutiny and notice

The institution verifies the reference, confirms jurisdiction and issues notice to the respondent through the platform.

3

Appointment of the neutral

An empanelled arbitrator is appointed after disclosure of independence and impartiality, and conflict clearance.

4

Pleadings and hearings

Pleadings, evidence and hearing schedules are managed on the case record. Hearings are conducted online with attendance logged.

5

Award

The tribunal uploads the signed award. The institution publishes it to the parties, who may download authenticated copies.

Outcome

A reasoned, signed and enforceable arbitral award delivered on the case record.
