The institution
An institutional registry, built for the way disputes are actually run
TrevantaLegals administers dispute resolution as an institution rather than as an ad-hoc arrangement. Cases are registered against a number, scrutinised by the registry, and assigned to a case manager and an empanelled neutral. Every filing sits on one record, visible to those entitled to see it and to nobody else.
Our panel comprises arbitrators, mediators and conciliators drawn from the bar, the bench and industry, alongside advocates empanelled specifically for enforcement work under the SARFAESI Act. Appointments follow disclosure of independence and conflict clearance.
For secured creditors, we run a dedicated enforcement track: document verification, allocation of a case manager and counsel, filing before the competent forum, and delivery of the resulting order back to the lender for the attachment process.
The institution does not offer legal advice and does not solicit work. It administers proceedings, maintains the record and supports the neutral in discharging their mandate.
